 WORKSHOP FOR CAREGIVERS

 

As a Caregiver, you may at times become overwhelmed. When your inner voice begins to whisper its fatigue, you must listen carefully and allow yourself some restorative time. Taking time to focus on self-understanding and self-love will not only renew your spirit but also give you strength for the caregiving you do.

 

Writing/Journaling is an effective way to reduce caregiver stress and is available to you 24 hours a day. It's an incredibly freeing experience to write whatever comes up without constraint, censorship or judgment. Honour the beauty and wisdom of your soul as you record your stories…it is a map of your life’s journey.

 

You will explore powerful writing methods that will strengthen intuition, creativity and inner guidance. Connecting with your true self and writing from authenticity leads to having a clear vision of your purpose and embracing all the different parts of yourself. Obtain the relief that comes when you can express your thoughts and feelings and know that you have put them down somewhere.

 

While writing is definitely therapeutic, we will not be doing therapy at these workshops. Our focus will be on the writing practice and power of writing.  An open heart and a willingness to write is all that is required. 

 

You do not need experience as a writer to participate in these workshops.  All levels are welcome. Please bring your journal/notepad and a pen. Refreshments will be provided.
